This information is provided only for the Site http://www.sslazio.it and not for other websites eventually related that can be accessed via hyperlink on the above website.
S.S. Lazio cannot be deemed responsible for personal data passed by the users to external individuals/entities or websites linked to this Site.
Pursuant to Legislative Decree 196/2003 ("Personal Data protection Code " – hereinafter "Code on Privacy") and the EU Regulation 2016/679 S.S. Lazio S.p.A. provides the following information.
PURPOSES OF THE PROCESSING
The Personal data will be processed for the purposes related and/or instrumental to the supply of services online or for the simple browser on the website, in order to make possible the provision of the service, and the execution of the legal obligations provided. Specifically, the personal data processing by S.S. LAZIO S.p.A. is finalized to create a data base to be used (i) for statistical purposes, for the acquisition and evaluation of the data recorded by S.S. LAZIO S.p.A., also to make market researches, as well (ii) for purposes of commercial information and communication and marketing – included - newsletters, informative and advertising material transmission, concerning goods and/or services offered by S.S. LAZIO S.p.A. and/or partners identified by this latter.
Data Controller
The Data Controller, pursuant to the Article 28 of Code on Privacy, for S.S. Lazio S.p.A., Legal office in Formello (RM), Via di Santa Cornelia 1000, is the pro-tempore administrative manager Mr. Marco Cavaliere.
Subjects or subjects’categories authorized to the data processing
The data collected shall be communicated to third parties for the above mentioned purposes or to entities specifically tasked and in accordance with the provisions of Article 29 GDPR 2016/ 679.
Browsing data
Data related to the connection and the browsing inside the Site, whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols (such as for eg. IP address or the names at domain of computers utilized by users connecting to the Site, etc., or other parameters related to the operating system and the user IT enviroment) are collected and used anonymously for statistical purposes and are kept for the time identified by the relevant regulations. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in case of cyber-attack against the Site.

Data provided on the basis of the user’s voluntary choice

The transmission of personal data is usually voluntary. The absence of transmission, however, can make impossible to use specific services and fulfill all that required.
Data processing
The data processing will be managed, both in an automated way and without the use of electronic devices in compliance with the provisions of Article 32 of the GDPR 2016/679 and the Annex B of the Legislative Decree 196/2003 (Articles 33-36 of the Code) on the matter of security measures, by specific appointees and in compliance with the provisions of Article 29 GDPR 2016/679.
The Company guarantees that specific security measures are kept to prevent the loss of data, the risk of their destruction, as well as unlawful or not right use to unauthorized access. The data will not be communicated or disclosed to third parties except according to the limits and under the conditions expressly indicated in the information time by time provided to the user and against authorization by the same one.
This is without prejudice the right of S.S. LAZIO S.p.A. to use the data collected to ascertain any responsibility in the case of computer crimes against the Site.
S.S. Lazio, in order to ensure the proper conduct of all activities connected or instrumental to the use of this site, may, if necessary, communicate the users’ personal data to Companies joined to it or controlled by it.
If some services chosen are managed by third parties, the data will be communicated to the single manager. This latter acts as “Controller” for the data processing related to the provision of the pertaining services.
The personal data will be kept for the necessary period of time in order to reach the purposes for which they are collected and processed, pursuant to the provisions under the EU Reg. 679/2016, and in particular respecting the rules of lawfulness, correctness, relevance and non-exceedance.
Place of data processing
The data processing related to the on line services of this Site will be made by the above mentioned location of the Company and will be managed only and exclusively by the staff properly appointed, or by any person in charge for the maintenance operations, appointed pursuant to the Article 37 of EU Regulation 2016/679 GDPR.

Data subjects’ right
In relation to the processing data as described in this Privacy Policy, the interested party will be able to exercise all the rights set under the Article 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 and Articles 15 to 22 of EU Regulation 2016/679 and, in particular:
a) ask for confirmation of the existence or not of personal data;
b) obtain information about the purposes of the processing, the categories of personal data, the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be communicated and, where possible, the conservation period;
c) obtain the data rectification and their cancellation;
d) obtain the restriction of the processing;
e) obtain the data portability, i.e. receive them from a data controller, in a structured form, commonly used and readable by automatic device, and transmit them to another data controller without impediments;
f) oppose to the processing at any time and also in the case of processing for direct marketing purposes;
g) oppose to an automated decision-making process concerning individuals, including profiling;
h) ask the data Controller for the access to their personal data, the rectification or the cancellation of the same ones or the restriction of the processing concerning them or the opposition to their processing, in addition to the right to the data portability.
i) cancel the consent at any time without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the approval given prior to the revocation;
j) lodge a complaint to a controlling Authority.
