This project is oriented to the promotion of the education to the sport's culture, whose values are fixed in the olympic charter, spreading and increasing the principles linked to a mental and phisicalhealty grown, as well as loyal and non-violent, that trains the adults oftomorrow, to behavior respectful of their opponents and the institutions as well.
