The day after the match against Cagliari, the team took to the field at Formello Sports Center.

The daily training session began at 10:00 am with the squad engaged on Fersini’s field. Technical work aimed at ball movement, then intermittent run in normal intensity.

Later, Biancocelesti worked on ball possession. The session ended with a practice match on a reduced size pitch.

Tomorrow there will be an afternoon training session.
