This afternoon at 3:00 pm Biancocelesti were back in training at the Formello's Sport Center.

The session started with a warm-up conducted by Prof. Ripert and after, the squad did three sets of 4 vs 2 keep-away.

Subsequently Biancocelesti did did a work force with elastic and changes of pace.

The session ended with a practice match.
