La S.S. Lazio accoglie con profonda attenzione istituzionale e senso di responsabilità l’avvio della Conferenza dei Servizi preliminare relativa al progetto di riqualificazione, ammodernamento e ampliamento dello Stadio Flaminio, presentato ai sensi dell’articolo 4 del Decreto Legislativo n.38/2021.

La Società desidera ringraziare il Comune di Roma Capitale, il Sindaco Roberto Gualtieri, l’Assessore Alessandro Onorato, il Responsabile Unico del Procedimento e tutti gli Enti coinvolti per l’avvio di una fase tecnica particolarmente importante e delicata del percorso amministrativo.

La S.S. Lazio parteciperà alla Conferenza insieme ai propri tecnici, professionisti e consulenti con spirito di massima collaborazione, trasparenza e disponibilità al confronto con tutte le amministrazioni competenti.

L’obiettivo del progetto è restituire alla città di Roma uno dei suoi luoghi simbolici più importanti attraverso un intervento di rigenerazione urbana, sostenibilità, innovazione infrastrutturale e valorizzazione architettonica, nel pieno rispetto delle procedure previste dalla normativa vigente e dei vincoli esistenti.

Per la S.S. Lazio il Flaminio rappresenta una sfida che va oltre la dimensione sportiva: un’infrastruttura moderna, integrata nel tessuto urbano, capace di generare valore sociale, occupazionale, culturale ed economico per il territorio.

Consapevole della complessità del percorso, la Società ribadisce il massimo rispetto per il lavoro che sarà svolto dagli uffici tecnici e dagli Enti chiamati a valutare ogni aspetto del progetto.

La S.S. Lazio continuerà ad affrontare ogni fase del percorso con la massima serietà, professionalità e visione di lungo periodo, nella consapevolezza che la riqualificazione dello Stadio Flaminio, abbandonato da anni, rappresenta un’opportunità concreta di recupero e valorizzazione dell’intero contesto urbano che lo circonda.

Lo Stadio Flaminio merita di tornare ad avere la rilevanza internazionale per la quale fu pensato e realizzato. Allo stesso modo, il quartiere Flaminio e tutta la città di Roma potranno beneficiare di un impianto finalmente riqualificato, modernizzato e restituito alla collettività con equilibrio, attenzione e rispetto della sua identità storica e culturale. Tutti gli abitanti del quadrante potranno trarre vantaggio dalla rinascita di una struttura che da troppo tempo attendeva di essere riportata a nuova vita.

La S.S. Lazio continuerà a lavorare con responsabilità, trasparenza e spirito costruttivo affinché questo percorso possa trasformarsi in un’occasione di rigenerazione e sviluppo per Roma e per la comunità biancoceleste.

S.S. Lazio welcomes with great institutional attention and a strong sense of responsibility the launch of the preliminary Conferenza dei Servizi regarding the redevelopment, modernisation and expansion project for Stadio Flaminio, submitted pursuant to Article 4 of Legislative Decree No. 38/2021.

The Club would like to thank Roma Capitale, Mayor Roberto Gualtieri, Councillor Alessandro Onorato, the Sole Procedure Officer and all the authorities involved for initiating a particularly important and delicate technical phase within the administrative process.

S.S. Lazio will take part in the Conference alongside its technical staff, professionals and consultants in a spirit of utmost cooperation, transparency and openness to dialogue with all the competent authorities involved.

The objective of the project is to return one of the city of Rome’s most symbolic venues to the community through an intervention focused on urban regeneration, sustainability, infrastructural innovation and architectural enhancement, in full compliance with the procedures established by current legislation and existing regulatory constraints.

For S.S. Lazio, the Flaminio represents a challenge that goes beyond the sporting dimension: a modern infrastructure integrated within the urban fabric, capable of generating social, employment, cultural and economic value for the local area.

Aware of the complexity of the process, the Club reiterates its utmost respect for the work that will be carried out by the technical offices and the authorities entrusted with assessing every aspect of the project.

S.S. Lazio will continue to approach every stage of the process with the highest level of seriousness, professionalism and long-term vision, in the awareness that the redevelopment of the long-abandoned Stadio Flaminio represents a concrete opportunity for the recovery and enhancement of the wider urban area surrounding it.

Stadio Flaminio deserves to regain the international relevance for which it was originally conceived and built. Likewise, the Flaminio district and the entire city of Rome will benefit from a stadium finally redeveloped, modernised and returned to the community with balance, care and respect for its historical and cultural identity. All residents of the surrounding area will be able to benefit from the rebirth of a structure that has long awaited restoration and renewal.

S.S. Lazio will continue to work with responsibility, transparency and a constructive spirit to ensure that this process can become an opportunity for regeneration and development for Rome and for the biancoceleste community.
