La S.S. Lazio, con riferimento all’articolo pubblicato in data odierna dal quotidiano ‘Il Tempo’ a firma di Luigi Bisignani, contenente il riferimento a una presunta offerta da 450 milioni di euro formulata da JP Morgan per l’acquisizione della Società, smentisce in maniera categorica quanto riportato.

Tale notizia è del tutto priva di fondamento, non essendo mai pervenuta alla Società alcuna proposta, manifestazione di interesse o interlocuzione riconducibile a JP Morgan avente ad oggetto l’acquisizione del Club.

Si tratta pertanto di un’informazione non veritiera, presentata come fatto senza alcun riscontro oggettivo.

Per tale ragione, la S.S. Lazio chiede al quotidiano ‘Il Tempo’ di procedere con la pubblicazione di una tempestiva rettifica, con analoga evidenza rispetto alla notizia diffusa, al fine di ripristinare una corretta informazione nei confronti dei propri lettori, dei tifosi, del mercato e di tutti gli stakeholder della Società.

La Società segnalerà inoltre alla Consob l’ennesima diffusione di informazioni prive di riscontro riguardanti presunte operazioni sul capitale della S.S. Lazio, suscettibili di alterare la regolare formazione del prezzo del titolo e di generare disorientamento tra gli investitori.

No proposal, expression of interest, preliminary approach or communication of any kind relating to a potential acquisition of the Company has ever been received from JP Morgan or from any party acting on its behalf.

Accordingly, the information contained in the article is entirely unfounded and lacks any factual basis.

In the interest of ensuring fair, accurate and transparent information to shareholders, investors, supporters and the market as a whole, S.S. Lazio S.p.A. formally requests that Il Tempo publish, without delay and with equivalent prominence, a correction of the inaccurate statements contained in the article.

The Company also intends to bring this matter to the attention of CONSOB, given the repeated circulation of unsubstantiated reports concerning alleged transactions involving the share capital of S.S. Lazio S.p.A. Such reports may adversely affect the orderly functioning of the market, interfere with the proper price formation process of the Company's shares and create uncertainty among investors.
