In relazione alle notizie e alle ricostruzioni diffuse nelle ultime ore da alcuni organi di informazione e canali social riguardanti una presunta cessione della S.S. Lazio, la Società smentisce categoricamente quanto riportato.

Non esiste alcuna trattativa in corso finalizzata alla vendita della Società, né sono stati sottoscritti accordi, intese o impegni di qualsiasi natura aventi ad oggetto il trasferimento, totale o parziale, della proprietà del Club.

La proprietà non ha conferito alcun mandato per la cessione della Società né ha avviato interlocuzioni finalizzate a operazioni di vendita.

Le informazioni relative a presunti nuovi proprietari, investitori italiani o stranieri, fondi di investimento, modifiche dell’assetto proprietario o accordi collegati al progetto Stadio Flaminio risultano del tutto prive di fondamento.

La Società invita tifosi, azionisti, investitori e operatori dell’informazione a fare riferimento esclusivamente alle comunicazioni ufficiali diffuse attraverso i canali istituzionali della S.S. Lazio.

La diffusione reiterata di notizie prive di riscontro riguardanti la governance, l’assetto proprietario e le strategie societarie della Società rischia di generare disinformazione, alterare la corretta percezione del mercato e influenzare l’andamento del titolo.

Per tali ragioni, la S.S. Lazio, in qualità di società quotata, ha provveduto a trasmettere apposita segnalazione alle Autorità competenti affinché possano essere svolte le opportune verifiche in merito alla diffusione di informazioni non supportate da elementi oggettivi e ai possibili effetti sul regolare funzionamento del mercato.

There are no ongoing negotiations aimed at selling the Club, nor have any agreements, understandings, or commitments of any nature been signed regarding the total or partial transfer of the Club's ownership.

The ownership has not granted any mandate for the sale of the Club, nor has it initiated any discussions aimed at divestment transactions.

Any information regarding alleged new owners, Italian or foreign investors, investment funds, changes in the corporate structure, or agreements related to the Stadio Flaminio project is completely groundless.

The Club urges fans, shareholders, investors, and media professionals to rely exclusively on official communications released through the institutional channels of S.S. Lazio.

The repeated dissemination of unverified news concerning the governance, ownership structure, and corporate strategies of the Club risks generating misinformation, distorting proper market perception, and influencing the performance of the company's shares.

For these reasons, S.S.
